MONTHLY MANAGEMENT PACKAGE

Lets Manage don’t charge any extra fees for managing your property.  Included in the monthly management fee, we take care of the following:

• Rent collection and detailed account statements
• Arrears handling
• Liaison with local authority housing benefit department
• Registration of deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and end of tenancy reconciliation
• Detailed photographic check-in and check-out inventories
• 6-monthly internal inspections providing detailed photographic and written reports

TENANT FIND PACKAGE

Some landlords prefer to self-manage and Lets Manage offer a tenant find only service.  To successfully let your property, Lets Manage will do the following:

• View and assess your property
• Advertise the property with Zoopla, Facebook and Twitter
• Consult with our existing waiting list of potential tenants
• Applicant reference and credit checks
• Issue a full Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
• Complete an inventory
• Tenant check-in at the commencement of the tenancy
• Liaison with local authority housing benefit department
• Registration of deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and end of tenancy reconciliation

PROPERTY SELECTION – FREE SERVICE!

We have used Lets Manage North East for the past 2 years to manage our buy-to-let properties.
